The Ruysdael Quartet and Stichting Ruysdael Kwartet (Chamber of Commerce number: 34370999) attach great importance to privacy and the protection of personal data. This privacy statement describes how we handle personal data and the rights that you, as a data subject, have.

Processing of personal data


Friends of Ruysdael and other donors

We process your personal data for the processing of donations, such as when you have registered as a Friend of the Ruysdael Quartet. We ask you to provide the following data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address details
  • Any payment details in connection with a donation

We use this information exclusively to process the donation and to alert you to periodic donations. We store this information until the donation has been processed or you unsubscribe.

Webshop

You can order CDs on our website. We ask you to send an email to info@ruysdaelkwartet.nl. You will then receive an email with instructions for the order. We process the following personal data for this:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Order details
  • Address details
  • Payment details

We process this data exclusively for the processing of your order – for the execution of the agreement. We delete this data 6 months after completion of the order.

2.3. Newsletter and other contacts

We send newsletters about the Ruysdael Quartet, which you can subscribe to. To send these emails, we process the following personal data:

  • Name (optional)
  • Email address


People who subscribe to the newsletter can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@ruysdaelkwartet.nl. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your name and email address from the mailing list.

We also process personal data of other contacts, such as media companies, publishers, and others. This is in our legitimate interest.


Third parties

Only when necessary or legally required, we provide personal data to external parties. We conclude a processing agreement with our processors in which we oblige our processors to process in accordance with the GDPR.

In addition, we may be required by law to provide your data to a third party.


Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. You can also ask us to limit the processing, transfer the personal data and you have the right to object to the processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@ruysdaelkwartet.nl.
